Today, we started with another #CAF implementation in 2022, this time in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy of #NorthMacedonia!
RQMC of #ReSPA within BACID III project and with the support of our KDZ Partners from #Austria will guide more than 20 officials from different departments of the Ministry in building their capacities to improve overall institutional performances that will reflect on better #publicservices for our citizens!
After an extensive 1st CAF Workshop held today, they are entering the world of CAF benefits:
Improvement of overall institutional performances
Simple application with little external support
Quick and sustainable results with almost no costs
Continuous improvement process through self-assessment
External CAF feedback leads to a CAF label which confirms institutional Excellence in public administration
Learning through comparisons and networks by using CAF grid enables comparing their own results with others and learning together
Improvement of the institutional image because CAF leads to modern, citizen-centred and efficient organisation that reflects transparency and participation and strengthens public administrations’ legitimacy.
